It’s generous to even give 1 star. I ordered two dresses, they took forever to get delivered. When they were finally delivered, I tried them on and they were entirely too small (which is fine, I thought I would just send them back for a size larger). As I went to return them, I read the instructions: returns are at cost to YOU and then need to be received in 15 days. The return costed me $19 to send them back. I’m furious at this ‘service’. I will never purchase anything from them and will share this experience.
Where do i begin, The quality of the clothes are so cheaply made its a wonder how they are still in business for how expensive there clothes can be for what they are. $60 for a cheaply made jumpsuit? Order one myself and zipper came completely unusable. Tried bringing to a tailor to fix and he said that it was the weakest and cheapest zipper there is so it will always break and not last. Material had strings hanging out of it.
Worst part was trying to get in contact with the company, they have no phone number or customer service. After 3 emails they finally got back to me and said they would issue me a refund, 2 weeks go by never got the refund. Had to call my bank to even get anywhere with. Needless to say i got my refund a whole month later.

I ordered a pair of spandex that were priced quite high. I had to pay for shipping as well. The reviews that I read were all positive which is why I ended up buying them. When I received them I was very disappointed to find that they were the total opposite of what I had bought. When I submitted my review on the shorts, I was given the message that my review has been accepted for moderation which means that they do not post the honest reviews. I feel very ripped off as I will have to pay for a return label as well. Be careful and do your research when buying from them since they do not post any of the honest reviews users submit.
Customer service is atrocious. I had an inquiry about duty and taxes which I don't have to pay at all but they just ignore ant never replied.
This was my very fist time ordering from Naked Wardrobe, and trust me, my very last time. I ordered a snatched jumpsuit from them and when receiving the item, there was a hole in the front of the jumpsuit! I contacted customer service via email twice for 3 days, still no response. At this point I'm filling a dispute with my bank. I can't allow someone to be so careless with not only their items but also my money. Almost $100 dollars for this jumpsuit, just for it to arrive damaged and no help from them! I would have even took a replacement over a refund, but due to their lack of response and careless Customer Service team, I want all my money back, down to the copper penny!
I’m devastated after reading these reviews, I recently ordered a dress on March 15 to take my upcoming graduation pictures and HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM THEM! It’s been 9 days I’ve been emailing them and NO RESPONSE!! They sent me a tracking number that worked for one day and then all of a sudden STOPPED !! I’m just so upset because if I would’ve read these reviews I WOULD'VE NEVER ORDERED !!!! SCAMMERS!!!
POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ll never order anything again especially if I don’t know my exact size because they owe me a refund of $160 for purchasing and returning 3 dresses. I got little to no email responses and it is unacceptable. I wish I had a bigger voice to really let the world know how horrible their customer service is. I literally just want my refund for merchandise I have returned but instead they sent TWO MORE dresses. It’s like they aren’t even reading my emails. I hate this brand and do not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble.
If you live in Canada do not bother to order anything
I ordered two items on January 31st, not only did the price double (due to the currency exchange) but is it now March 2nd and I still have not received my item. I also had to pay taxes and duties on top of the items, and I now have to go into another designated Canada post to pick it up as requested by the "sender" which is Naked Wardrobe. Not worth the hassle.
I love love love their clothes! Everything hugs my body perfectly! This most recent order though could have been better I bought “The Snatched Romper” in two colors green and brown in a L which I always wear and when I tried them both on they both ripped in the same place right underneath the zipper. Super weird that, that happened.
One if the worst shopping experience u may have,, don't be fooled with the loads of ads and paid commercials and partnerships ,, this site has zero respect to customers,, I had my order set and paid on 12 December,, the said the shipping is gonna take some time due to covid or whatever. It's been more than a month and all what they did (after lots of pushing) was providing a fake tracking number ! I followed with the shipping company where they confirmed the nakedwardrobe has only created a label and never sent a parcel.. they are not answering my emails since then.
Went back and forth between two and three stars because the quality of their clothing is good.
HOWEVER, customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered five packages since Black Friday and 2 out of 5 of the packages were missing items. Those two packages happen to have five to six items and were purchased with a discount code. For the first package I e-mailed them and never received a response. I had to go on their social media and post comments. Magically I received a refund. No apology, and no response to my question for them to honor a discount code. For the second package, I got an email response the next day. I requested that they send the item instead of refunding me because I would have to pay more since the discount code was not available, i would have to pay for shipping and have no match to the pants. Instead of sending the item, the customer service representative lied and said it was out of stock. However, the website shows it has been in stock for two days! I asked for a discount or shipping code so that i could purchase a matching top since it was not my fault and never received a response. I had the same issue with JLUX and they voluntarily gave me a discount code and apologized.
I also sent a return 3 weeks ago that has never been processed.
Shipping speeds have always been hit or miss but as long as i receive my package, that is fine.
I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and to be honest the customer service has gone downhill since. NW is not a small company anymore. For now, I will not be shopping with them anymore. If there is something that I have to have, I will buy from Nordstrom’s or Macy’s.
Never respond to email. Never ship on time, only have one shipping option, which they never meet and quality does not match the hype or the price. At this point you guys are not a small business!!!! You guys have been open for yearss, get it together. I understand a delay in shipping because of COVID but i do not understanding a delay in processing times on the company’s behalf, get off Instagram and ship orders out!
I have ordered from them a couple of times, until recently that I made an order and this time they posted on the site to please disregard any delays on shipping because of COVID. Which is fine as I have ordered from other stores and the same thing happen. So two weeks pass by I had no tracking number so I messaged customer service and later received an email with a tracking number. Fine, another week goes by there is no movement with my order so I figure something is wrong I send them another message they don't answer fine again so I wait another week so now we are going into a month and no movement from the tracking number. So I start messaging them constantly until finally got an answer saying that they apologize they noticed the no movement and think my shipment got lost in transit. So my question is, if I never would have messaged them I would have never known what happened with my shipment or money. Thanks but no thanks last time I'll order from this site again.
I haven’t even received my order yet nor has my orders been processed and it’s been 8 days the site says it’ll be 5-7 days shipping BS and you can only email customer service and they never email back! I needed my order to arrive by next Wednesday and it’s still not processed I even DM them on Instagram horrible service!
